This page explains how to request deletion of the personal data we hold about you as a result of contacting Vin Vin Realtors through one of our advertisements on Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp.

What data this covers

The phone number you wrote to us from, and any name, email address or property requirement you shared with our sales team.
The advertising attribution attached to your enquiry: the advertisement, ad set and campaign identifiers, and the click identifier (ctwa_clid).
The record of your enquiry in our CRM, including notes made by our sales team.

How to request deletion

Choose whichever is easier for you. Both reach the same team.

By email. Write to anboinfra@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion". In the message, include the phone number or email address you used to contact us, so we can locate your record.
By WhatsApp. Reply "DELETE" in the same WhatsApp conversation you originally wrote to us on. No other wording is required.

What happens next

We locate every record associated with the phone number or email address you gave us.
We delete the enquiry record, the attribution data and the conversation history from our CRM.
We confirm the deletion through the same channel you used to request it.

We complete this within a maximum of 30 calendar days of receiving the request, and normally much sooner.

What we cannot delete on your behalf

Conversion events already transmitted to Meta contain only irreversibly hashed identifiers (SHA-256) and cannot be reversed back into your phone number or email address by us or by anyone else. Data held by Meta about your own Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp account is governed by Meta's policies, and you can manage it directly from your account settings on those platforms.

We may also need to retain a minimal record where an applicable legal, tax or accounting obligation requires it. If that applies to your case, we will tell you which record is retained and why.
