This Privacy Policy describes how Anbo Infra, trading as Vin Vin Realtors ("Vin Vin", "we", "us"), collects, uses and protects information obtained through its technology application "Vin Vin CAPI" (Meta App ID 1692672105158160) and its integrations with Meta platforms (Facebook and WhatsApp) and with our customer relationship management system (CRM). Technical operation and maintenance of this application is carried out by our technology partner, Integral Marketing Agency.

1. Information we collect

Our application operates primarily in read mode over the advertising and messaging activity of our own accounts, for the purpose of correctly attributing business enquiries to the advertisement that produced them. The information we process includes:

Advertising attribution data: identifiers of the advertisement that originated a contact (for example ad_id, ctwa_clid, referral), campaign, ad set and source parameters (UTM).
Metadata of conversations started from WhatsApp advertisements: the conversation identifier and the originating advertisement, used to attribute the enquiry to the corresponding campaign.
Contact details you choose to provide: the phone number you write to us from, and any name, email address or property requirement you share with our sales team during the conversation.
Aggregated campaign statistics: performance metrics such as impressions, spend and number of conversations started.

2. How we use the information

Attribute each enquiry to the advertisement and campaign that originated it.
Record that attribution in our CRM so our sales team can follow up on your enquiry.
Send conversion events back to Meta so that our advertising reaches people genuinely interested in property, rather than people who merely open a chat.
Measure the performance of our advertising campaigns and improve our communication.
Respond to requests for information about our real-estate projects and services.

3. Legal basis and consent

We process this information on the basis of the consent you give when you start a conversation with us through one of our advertisements, and our legitimate interest in following up on enquiries addressed to us. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.

4. Personal data sent to Meta

When our sales team marks an enquiry as qualified, we send a conversion event back to Meta so that its advertising system learns which advertisements produce real prospects.

Any phone number or email address included in that event is irreversibly hashed with SHA-256 before it leaves our systems. Meta never receives a readable phone number or email address from us. Nothing personal travels in clear text.

5. Who we share information with

Meta Platforms, Inc. — as the origin of the advertising and messaging events, and as recipient of hashed conversion events, subject to its own policies.
Kommo (CRM provider) — where the prospect record is stored for commercial follow-up.
Integral Marketing Agency — technology partner that operates and maintains the integration, under confidentiality obligations.

6. Retention

We retain the information for as long as necessary for commercial follow-up and to comply with applicable legal or accounting obligations. When it is no longer necessary, it is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), you have the right to access a summary of your personal data, to request its correction or completion, to request its erasure, to nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, write to us at the address in the contact section.

8. Deletion of user data

If you want us to delete the data associated with your enquiry captured through our "Vin Vin CAPI" application, you can request it in either of these ways:

Send an email to anboinfra@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion", stating the phone number or email address you contacted us from.
Or reply "DELETE" in the same WhatsApp conversation you wrote to us on.

We will action the request and delete the information within a maximum of 30 calendar days, confirming through the same channel. Detailed instructions: Data deletion instructions.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. Platform access credentials are stored encrypted and with restricted access.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or in the requirements of the platforms we use. The current version and its date are always published on this page.
